Mitigation Projects

The Pikes Peak Wildfire Prevention Partners plans and implements several mitigation projects throughout the year.  The projects are a collaborative effort between PPWPP and property owner.  Mitigation projects are designed to reduce wildifre risk and serve as a demonstration to area residents.

Projects are chosen annually by the membership and represent areas at risk in each in El Paso, Douglas and Teller counties.
